Rating: ☺☺☺☺☺ (3/5 happy faces)
Hello! It's been a while since I've written a 'book review' (psh more like, this is what I read and I'm going to go ahead and talk about it) post.
I've started reading This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith a few weeks back. The first few pages left me having a goofy smile on my face. While the middle of the book got me furrowing my eyebrow. And the end left me craving for more!
This book is a love story I want to have and will never have. Because if someone did e-mail me, I would've been cautious, scared to have my computer infected with virus, or have some internet predator stalk me. (Honestly, it can happen!) I think the story should remain fiction, so guys, when someone e-mails you about their pet pig, be careful!
In addition, the book was a bit confusing. The author was using a third person's point of view, but each chapter switched between Graham and Ellie's side of the story, which was honestly confusing. Moreover, the characters in the book exchanged very cute dialogues. I found myself highlighting my favorites.
In conclusion, the book is a good read, it is very light and entertaining.
